    Frequently Asked Questions

Should I use a cleaning product?

Not necessary: water is sufficient. For limescale deposits, add a drop of vinegar to the water.

    Does it scratch surfaces?

No, ultra-fine microfiber is not abrasive. On a very delicate surface, test it in a corner first.

Can I use them on a screen?

Yes, on a turned-off screen, without pressing and slightly dampened if necessary. (Avoid alcohol and solvents.)

How should I wash them so they remain effective?

Machine wash at 30°C, do not use fabric softener (it clogs the fibers). Air dry; avoid a hot tumble dryer.

    How long do they last?

With proper maintenance, they retain their performance over many washes.
